Excellent quality vintage ring with full UK hallmarks for E.J.LD. Birmingham, 9ct yellow gold and assayed in 1977.

E.J.LD for Excalibur jewellery -Birmingham 21 & Hatton Garden, London.

This company exclusively supplied Harrods of London.

Of heavy construction at 8.78 Grams, with highly polished 9ct yellow gold setting to a central oval piece of Bloodstone measuring 14m x 12mm.

The colour of the Bloodstone is lovely, moss green with subtle and varied shades, and with and interesting pattern of ‘red flecks’.

With no abrasions and glass smooth this Bloodstone is quite stunning.

This fine ring is quite large at approx Y 1/2 or 22mm diameter. Could be re-sized approximately 4 sizes down and 4 up.
