Until further notice, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend postal services to the United States (US). This means that we are unable to post purchases to the US until the services are resumed.
If you are based in the US and wish to place make a purchase (whether outright or via layby), please contact us. We are more than happy to facilitate a purchase and hold the item (s) until such time that the postal service resumes. Thank you for your understanding.
We are delighted to offer free, complimentary express postage (fully insured with signature on delivery) to clients throughout Australia and to select international countries.
AUSTRALIAN-BASED CLIENTS
Purchases received via our website are dispatched within one-two business days via Australia Post. A tracking number will be forwarded to you via email confirmation.

Please note: any duties imposed by countries for importing our items are the buyers responsibility. Failure to pay these duties and tarrifs may result in the item (s) being returned to Graisons Fine Jewellery. In this event, Graisons Fine Jewellery will make every attempt to contact the customer but are not obligated to refund the purchase price.
Please contact your local customs agency if you wish to discuss potential rates and fees imposed by your countries government.

PARCEL COLLECT SERVICE FOR AUSTRALIA-BASED CLIENTS
Australia Post offer several additional delivery and collection options to best suit your needs.
Parcel Collect provides customers with the option to use the postal address of a participating Post Office to send parcels to in case you are not going to be home or prefer the extra piece of mind. Simply enter their address during the checkout process.
Australia Post will send you an SMS and email when your parcel arrives at your chosen Parcel Collect location. Drop by to collect it within the 10 business days.
Download the MyPost app or sign up via the Australia Post website to access a range of free and easy delivery options and keep track of your deliveries.
IMPORTANT:
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is not collected from the Post Office or Parcel Locker in the designated timeframe provided by Australia Post and is returned to Graisons Fine Jewellery, we will make every attempt to contact the customer but are not obligated to refund the purchase price. If a redelivery is required, we reserve the right to charge associated postage fees (express post with signature on delivery and insurance).

PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING
All purchases are lovingly packaged using our custom made Eco friendly jewellery boxes and Eco postal boxes. Additionally, this postal box is placed inside an Australian Post express box for safe and secure delivery.
If you are purchasing a gift please let us know and we will gift wrap the jewellery box at no extra charge.
