Shipping & Delivery


For peace of mind, please know that all items are sent free of charge within Australia via registered express post with signature upon delivery. We also offer insurance on items $400 and over.


All purchases will be packaged using our custom, Eco friendly jewellery boxes featuring our embossed logo and custom logo embossed Eco postal boxes.  Additionally, this postal box is placed inside an Australian Post Express Box.

If you are purchasing a gift please let us know and we will gift wrap the jewellery box at no extra charge using our beautiful matte black and glossy golden leaf pattern wrapping paper.

If your item comes with its original box this will be included with the piece.


We aim to post packages within one to two working days of receiving full payment (long term lay-by purchases will be posted once payment plan is complete). Afterpay purchases are posted within one business day of confirmed order.

In accordance with Australia Post, please allow for up to 10 working days which may vary depending on your location.

We have recently begun offering international shipping. However, due to the Pandemic and the impact this is having on postage and delivery, we have had to make the unfortunate decision to ship exclusively to the following countries; USA, UK, Canada & NZ. We will continue to monitor the situation and hope that this can eventually be extended.

All items are sent via international express post which includes tracking, signature on delivery and insurance.

To streamline postage costs, the following flat rates apply;

NZ: 57.00 AUD

CAN: $69.00 AUD

USA: $69.00 AUD

UK: $75.00 AUD

Due to COVID, there may be some delays to the regular delivery time estimates.  Delivery estimates to the above countries can be located via the Australia Post website (click here for details). 

We can not guarantee that deliveries will arrive within the times specified due to the following reasons outlined by Australia Post;

  • restrictions and capacity constraints are causing delays in most countries
  • some countries are not currently accepting parcels
  • items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities
  • all estimates are for metro destinations. Items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer than expected.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they come to hand.

We will keep track of your item and let you know of any issues departing Australia.

Shipping costs are applied at the time of checkout.  If you wish for your item to be delivered sooner than the Australia Post estimates, we do use DHL.  Additional charges may apply based on the item, insurance and location.  Please contact us for more information.

Please note: any duties imposed by countries for importing our items are the buyers responsibility.
