One of the most beautifully styled vintage rings we’ve had the pleasure of offering for sale.
Dating to approximately 1960-1980 and modelled from a soft hued 9ct yellow gold with a central rich golden Citrine suspension set into a flared ‘U’ shape setting to extra wide shoulders of 7mm which do not taper to a shank measuring also 7mm.
The golden Citrine measures approx 10mm x 9mm or 3cts and can be viewed from all angles given the unusual suspension setting.
Whilst the style (in photos) looks quite high in fact the rise from the finger is only 7.5mm allowing this ring to be worn every day if desired.
Beautifully styled and ‘weighted’ to feel very comfortable on the finger, and pairs very well with a flat gold wedding band.
1 @ 10mm x 9mm or approx 3cts
‘Face’ of ring 12mm x 10mm
Shoulders and shank 7mm wide
Approx O 1/2 or 17.7mm diameter
Very very good vintage condition. Citrine is very securely set with chips or abrasions. Gold is lovely, smooth and highly polished and free from scratches. No thinning nor wear to shank/band.
