Lay-by Plans & Holds
Do you have your eye on a fabulous piece but need some to pay? At Graisons, we offer suitable layby terms for pieces priced $500 and over. If you are interested please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
A 20% non refundable deposit will secure the layby for you with regular, fortnightly payments (of your choice). Laybys range between 14 to 20 weeks depending on the price of the items (s).
There are instances where these terms may be extended, at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss.
We accept up to 3 laybys at the one time with deposit and term to be negotiated accordingly.
The item (s) will not be released until full payment has been finalised (unless purchase was completed via Afterpay).
In addition to our website, we operate on Facebook and Instagram. As a result, we receive a number of enquiries on and offline. If you wish to purchase an item through the website, we strongly recommend that you complete your purchase quickly. To arrange a layby please email us immediately to avoid disappointment.
Upon receiving the invoice, the deposit must be paid within two (2) hour, please let us know once this has been done. We regret the need to do this however in fairness to other prospective buyers and the effort required to list across multiple sites we have had to impose this requirement.
If the deposit has been completed within (2) hours and no contact has been made we reserve the right to relist.
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any issues preventing the deposit from being made, we are very approachable.
Cancellation, Non Payment & Layby Past Due DateIn the event that you wish to cancel your layby, we will simply retain the 20% deposit as a cancellation/restocking fee and refund any payments over and above the deposit.
If for any reason the lay-by is not completed within the period specified, payments have ceased and we have made every effort to contact you to no avail, we reserve the right to retain the 20% deposit plus 30% of the total layby payments received.
Any additional payment made by you will be returned and the item will be restocked.
If there are any unforeseen reasons preventing the completion of purchase please do not hesitate to contact us, we are very accommodating and will be more than happy to discuss alternate arrangements.
While we understand that purchasing an item can be a big decision we can only hold an item for up to one (1) hour (without deposit) due to the number of enquiries we receive. Please let us know if you need to hold an item so we can update our website and other platforms in the interim. General enquiries are not considered holds or potential sales.
