DESCRIPTION (Please scroll to the bottom to view video)
Stunningly beautiful ring dating to the ‘Belle Époque’ or ‘Beautiful Era’, 1890-1915 which encompassed three jewellery design periods: Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts and Edwardian.
Hand made from 18ct yellow gold and centring a natural Akoya type Pearl measuring approx 6.5mm and to the sides are two small natural oval Rubies set in bezel settings. In vertical fashion are four oval Amethysts which are a glorious pinky purple in hue and to the eye almost match the colour of the rubies!
Four gorgeous antique cut diamonds, old European and old Mine cut, sit perfectly around the central Pearl and they measure approx 2.9mm or 0.10ct each with a TDW 0.40ct.
Four tiny 0.005ct rose cut Diamonds are also hiding in amongst this beautiful combination of colours and gems and they just add a further spectacular sparkle to this beautifully made ring.
All the gems are set in micro- millgraine settings and the the plain half round shank is perfect for the style and design of the ring.
This beauty has captured our attention and we’ve fallen hard for her and we know you will too

CONDITION
Very very good antique condition. All gems and Pearl are very well set. Pearl is silvery white, luminous and lovely. Diamonds are very bright, good colour and clarity as mentioned above. One of the small oval rubies shows some facet wear, not seen to the naked eye, only under magnification and via our macro camera lens. Shank is slim by design, not thinning, strong and solid. Stunningly beautiful ring.
