This gorgeous ring is an antique, 15ct rose gold, stamped as such, almost definitely Australian and come to us with the two original green garnet topped doublets in poor condition.
We discussed with out amazing jeweller the best route to take as to replacements and decided on two beautiful vibrant lab created Emeralds ( which look very much like Columbian Emeralds! ).
Frankly the genuine Emeralds he sourced looked pale and washed out, included as many are and we couldn’t be happier we chose the lab Emeralds as they match the lush red of the natural faceted round Ruby beautifully.
So … crafted around 1900 in soft hued 15ct rose gold, centring a 4.15mm deep dark pink/red Ruby which is flanked by an old European cut diamond to each side and then the vibrant luminous deep green lab Emeralds.
This ring is lush.. eye catching to the extreme and frankly we have absolutely fallen for this one!

Very good antique condition. The Ruby is lovely, no abrasions of chips, beautifully faceted. One OEC diamond has a small chip to table which can be seen under magnification but not to the human eye. The lab Emeralds are new and vibrant and just lovely. No thinning to shank, claws are all original and in good secure condition. Stunningly pretty ring.
