Vintage Estate 18ct Yellow (And White Gold) Old Mine Cut Diamond Trilogy Ring

An unusual and beautifully hand-manufactured ring crafted from both 18ct yellow gold and 18ct white gold dating we believe to the 1960-70’s.
Designed as an unusually styled Trilogy ring set with three stunning antique old Mine-cut diamonds of very good colour and clarity.
The diamonds are high-domed and deep cut diamonds, stunningly faceted and each set in individual 18ct white gold settings, set in horizontal fashion to the open two bar curved setting which is interestingly both white and yellow gold, and this feature is replicated for the entirety of the shoulders.
A substantial solid and hefty ring weighing 6.4 grams, we believe this ring may have been a remodel during the 1960-70’s, perhaps using Grandmas beautiful old antique diamonds!
Designed in a way, perhaps intentionally, to be worn with a wedding or eternity ring, this ring allows a ring to be worn either side if desired.

Very good to excellent vintage condition. Diamonds are lovely, very good clarity, no chips or abrasion, well set and secure. A substantial hefty ring with no thinning to gold. No issues to note.
