This vintage 9 carat yellow gold ring is the kind of piece that instantly captures attention and holds it. At its centre sits an impressive, generously sized round faceted synthetic “colour change” Sapphire, weighing approximately 13 carats — a stone that feels every bit as dramatic as it looks!

Indoors, it reveals a rich, velvety purple with soft rosy pink undertones that seem to glow from within. Step outside into natural daylight, and it transforms into a brighter, more vibrant purple reminiscent of fine Amethyst.
While some of these stones can shift into cooler blue-green hues, this example stays firmly within its luxurious purple spectrum, giving it a consistent yet ever-interesting presence.
The gem is securely held by six strong, well-proportioned claws, allowing maximum light to pass through while keeping it safely in place.
Beneath, the under gallery is a beautiful hidden detail — delicately crafted with a series of heart-shaped motifs that add a touch of romance and craftsmanship you don’t often see.
