Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold Opal Matrix (Treated) Ring
This fine example dates to around the 1970’s or thereabouts and is centred with a stunningly pretty treated matrix Opal displaying an intense play of colour with rolling flashes of vibrant greens, blues, oranges and yellows, all against a deep blue background.
Bezel set the opal is then accented with a rope twist border and set to a simple wide and thick flat shank.
Stunning on the finger, one could get lost in its flashes of intense colour and low relatively low rise enabling this beauty to be worn with ease and comfort.
