Vintage 18ct Yellow Gold Lab Sapphire Ring Circa 1940’s
Crafted from 18ct yellow and white gold and stamped and tested as such and set with a six claw set vivid ‘Royal’ blue lab created emerald-cut Sapphire.
A sweet and ornate low rise gallery supports the Sapphire and 18ct white gold shoulders with pretty detailing resembling diamonds - crafted in gold - with delicate milliegrain edges to an interesting and solid ‘knife’ edge shank.
Pretty as a picture this ring exemplifies the era and her rich and vibrant colour is just striking!

Very good vintage condition. No chips to stone, very very minor marks seen only under loupe magnification, eye very clean. Claws very secure and substantial.. No thinning to shank or wear to shank. Pretty ring!
