Superb Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold Peridot And Seed Pearl Bridge Ring - Birmingham 1971

A large and impressive ring, crafted in Birmingham over half a century ago, in almost everyones favourite style - the bridge ring.
A larger example than most, this beauty has a spread across the finger of a full 2.2cm, and an impressive width of 8.8mm, and is cleverly designed to accommodate the pairing of your favourite diamond eternity or wedding style bands if desired.
Crafted from 9ct yellow gold this low rise ring showcased a central oval-cut Peridot of approximately 1.35ct, multi claw set for longevity, and is flanked by a further two oval-cut Peridots of approx 0.95ct each.
Set daintily between the Peridots are a total of six small natural half seed Pearls which compliment the rich 9ct gold and bright Peridots perfectly.
Fully hallmarked with UK hallmarks for assay in Birmingham, 9ct gold and date letter for 1971, this fine example is in wonderful condition for its 54 years and longing to be worn, seen and treasured once again.

CONDITION
Very good to excellent vintage condition. Peridots are lovely, no chips or abrasions, only the most minuscule facet dulling to one facet only seen under x 10 loupe magnification. All are well set and very secure, the claws are original and in excellent order. All seed Pearls are original with no re-glues. Shank is solid, on thinning, hallmarks are very crisp and clear.
