Stunningly unusual and beautiful cocktail or dress ring if you prefer crafted from 18ct gold and Platinum.
Front and centre is a large square Lapis Lazuli plaque, eight Platinum claw set, which we would describe as almost deep ‘navy’ blue in hue and speckled with telltale pyrite flecks in an attractive pattern.
The gallery is lovely, 'Bauhaus' in style with inverted diamond shapes in repoussé and then to the equally stunning shoulders with a millgrain pattern to which three tiny round brilliant cut diamonds are set giving just the right amount of sparkle!
A solid half round shank in 18ct rose gold secures this impressive ring to the finger.
WHAT IS BAUHAUS?
Bauhaus, a school of design founded in 1919 in Germany by Walter Gropius, emphasised designs that were austere and geometric in form. Pieces reflected the new emphasis on mass production with symbols of the machine and movement, characterised by uncluttered lines in simple shapes.
