Superb Antique 15ct Rose Gold ‘Gold In Quartz’ And Onyx Fob Pendant
Please note, boxes and chains are for display only unless otherwise stated.
Dating back to the early Edwardian era it carries that wonderful early 20th-century character, and we believe it has strong Australian origins based on its style, engraving, and provenance.
The piece contains a substantial “gold in quartz” to one side — a beautiful, natural slice of quartz shot through with rich veins of native gold that catch the light beautifully.
Flip it over and you’re greeted by a deep, glossy black Onyx cabochon, equally striking in its smooth elegance. Both stones are framed in ornate 15ct rose gold, with one side featuring delicate floral engraving to the 15ct gold ornate capping, and the other boasting a beautifully detailed shield cartouche that’s still blank — perfect for adding your own monogram if you wish.
Measuring an impressive 5.5 cm long (including the bail) by 2 cm at its widest point and weighing an incredible 16.7 grams, this pendant has real presence and substance.
Whether you pair it with your favourite antique chain, or a classic watch fob chain, it instantly becomes the focal point of any outfit.
