Stunning 9ct Yellow Gold Lapis Lazuli And Pearl Necklace - 43cm

The necklace is strung predominantly with polished round Lapis Lazuli beads measuring a pleasing 8.0mm round, and measuring 43cm in length. The Lapis Lazuli beads exhibit a gorgeous deep royal to cobalt blue, with the subtle natural variations and occasional characteristic flecks that give Lapis its unmistakable depth and character. The intensity of the blue is particularly striking, creating a beautiful contrast against the warmth of the yellow gold.
Interspersed throughout are sections of cultured freshwater pearls also measuring a pleasing 7.46mm - 8.9mm, each displaying a lovely creamy white hue with a soft, pearlescent lustre. Their naturally individual, slightly baroque forms give the necklace an appealing organic quality, with gentle variations in shape and surface adding to their charm.
Particularly lovely is the fine yellow gold detailing between the pearls, with small gold spacer elements individually separating each pearl. These delicate touches of gold beautifully define the pearl sections while introducing a subtle warmth and refinement against both the creamy pearls and vivid blue Lapis.
Finished with a secure 9ct yellow gold lobster clasp, this is a wonderfully distinctive necklace, with its combination of rich blue Lapis, luminous freshwater pearls and warm yellow gold creating a timeless yet wonderfully striking piece.
