Spectacular 14ct White Gold Orange Sapphire & Diamond Art Deco-Inspired Ring With Independent Gemmological Valuation for $15,000 AUD

The combination of that glorious Orange Sapphire, crisp white Diamonds and intricate filigree work makes this a particularly special piece and one that is certainly difficult to overlook !

Taking centre stage is a fabulous 3.22ct natural oval-cut Orange Sapphire, measuring approximately 10.00mm x 8.00mm. Displaying a rich and vibrant mandarin-orange colour, the Sapphire is a wonderfully striking stone, with the valuation noting moderate natural inclusions — characteristic features of a natural gemstone.
The Sapphire is beautifully bezel-set within an exceptionally detailed white gold surround, framed by an elaborate arrangement of forty-six round brilliant-cut natural Diamonds, totalling approximately 0.56ct. Graded approximately G/H colour and SI clarity, the Diamonds provide a gorgeous contrast against the warm orange tones of the central Sapphire.
We particularly love the wonderful architecture of this ring. The pierced filigree work, delicate milled edging and bead-set Diamonds create an ornate, almost lace-like appearance, with beautifully shaped geometric and scrolling elements extending across the finger. The design continues through to the shoulders, giving the ring interest and detail from every angle while retaining that wonderful symmetry so synonymous with Art Deco jewellery.
Crafted in 14ct white gold, the ring has a half-round profile band measuring approximately 1.7mm wide and weighs a lovely 5.0 grams in total.
The inside of the band is stamped ‘585 SA3.22ct D0.56ct’, indicating the gemstone specifications.

This ring presents in as new condition. The Sapphire is stunning, free from chips or abrasions, exhibiting a beautiful satured, rich mandarin-orange colour with natural inclusions visible. The diamonds and are excellent quality, colour and clarity, all claws original and very strong and secure. Shank is solid, with a natural taper to the verso.
