The magnificent Tourmaline is undoubtedly the star of the show, displaying an intensely rich, deep wine-red hue, with captivating undertones of burgundy, raspberry and dark plum. Beautifully saturated and wonderfully moody, its incredible colour comes alive beneath the light, revealing flashes of glowing crimson and berry-red amongst its deeper, velvety tones.
Measuring an impressive 20.3mm x 9.5mm x 6.8mm, the approximately 7.50ct Tourmaline is beautifully faceted and securely claw-set, allowing its magnificent colour and generous proportions to take centre stage.
Framing this sensational gemstone is a glittering halo of 18 modern round brilliant-cut Diamonds, each weighing approximately 0.10ct, for a substantial estimated 1.80ct total diamond weight. Importantly, the Diamonds have been independently assessed as approximately H–J colour and VS/SI clarity, an impressive combination of near-colourless grades and lovely clarity characteristics that gives the surrounding halo a wonderfully bright, luminous appearance.
