A Delicate Diamond Bloom

A beautifully feminine Edwardian 9ct yellow gold ring, featuring a charming central diamond daisy cluster framed by graceful, sweeping shoulders. Two petite round diamonds add delicate flashes of sparkle to either side, enhancing the elegant elongated design. Romantic and full of antique character, this is a truly lovely little jewel with timeless appeal.

Please note, boxes are for display only unless otherwise stated.

Wonderfully quaint and unmistakably period, this beautiful Edwardian-era 9ct yellow gold diamond daisy cluster ring is such a charming example of early 20th-century jewellery. Delicate, feminine and full of character, it has that wonderfully romantic quality that makes antique rings of this era so appealing.

At the centre sits a classic diamond daisy cluster, with the diamonds arranged closely together to create a petite flowerhead that catches the light beautifully. The cluster is framed by the most lovely sweeping, curved yellow gold shoulders, which flow around the central setting in an elegant open, almost marquise-shaped formation. The asymmetrical sweep gives the ring a wonderfully graceful appearance on the hand and makes the central daisy feel beautifully nestled within the design.

Adding another little flash of sparkle are two individually set round diamonds, positioned at either end of the sweeping shoulders. Each measures approximately 1.39mm, estimated at 0.010ct each, giving a combined estimated diamond weight of 0.020ct for the two accent diamonds. Their petite circular settings are such a lovely finishing detail and draw the eye along the curves of the ring.  The band bears a slightly rubbed 9ct gold stamp, but tests also 9 carat gold.

On the finger, this is simply gorgeous. The elongated, gently sweeping design sits beautifully across the hand, giving a surprisingly generous appearance while retaining all the delicacy you would expect from an Edwardian piece. The contrast between the warm yellow gold and bright diamond-set centre is particularly lovely, and the open work allows the design to feel light and refined rather than heavy.

It is a quintessentially Edwardian little jewel—romantic, dainty and wonderfully individual!
