A gorgeous sweep of violet-blue and warm yellow gold, this contemporary tanzanite and diamond ring offers beautiful colour and a wonderfully generous spread across the finger.
Eight marquise-cut tanzanites are arranged in a staggered formation, their elegant, pointed outlines creating an almost leaf-like pattern. Each measures approximately 4.6 × 3mm, with an estimated total weight of 0.12ct per stone, measured in settings, giving an approximate total tanzanite weight of 0.96ct.
The tanzanites display a lovely blend of soft lavender, lilac and periwinkle blue, with brighter
blue-violet flashes catching the eye as the ring moves. Particularly pretty in natural light, their facets reveal variations in colour that give this ring such an enchanting presence.
Rounded yellow gold bead claws frame the tanzanites beautifully, their warm golden tones contrasting with the cool hues of the stones. Nestled between them are six tiny accent diamonds, adding little touches of white sparkle throughout the design.
An open under-gallery gives the setting an airy appearance from the side, with slender gold supports beneath the gemstones and open detailing at the shoulders. The polished yellow gold shank completes the design with a smooth, simple finish.
Despite its gorgeous finger spread, the ring sits relatively low, rising approximately 4.1mm, giving it a comfortable, easy-to-wear profile. Presented in beautiful contemporary condition, this is a lovely choice for those who enjoy colourful jewellery with plenty of presence and an elegant, wearable feel.
