Antique Victorian Gilt Metal Etruscan Revival Drop Earrings Circa 1880
Crafted from gilt metal in true Etruscan style with fine ornate embossing, graduated ‘bead’ motif to the centre and a seven drop graduated fringe.
A simply superb face framing drop from the ear of over 7cm ensure these earrings do not go unnoticed when worn!
Weighing a very healthy 13 grams, they are of ‘hollow’ construction however obviously very thick, strong and sturdy construction evidenced by the lack of dents or dings.
Lovingly cared for for over 140 years this pair of show stopping Victorian earrings are waiting to be worn and seen again.

CONDITION
Very good antique condition. All tassels present. No repairs. Some fading to ‘gilt’ to top surmount of one earring, not especially noticeable. Hooks are straight and firm. Earrings are of hollow construction however no dents to mention, only minor marks to verso, insignificant. Look wonderful and long in the ear.
