“The term Mizpah is a Hebrew word found in Genesis 31:49 that means 'watchtower' and is interpreted as 'May God watch over you.

Mizpah jewellery is worn as a token of love or friendship and first became popular during the Victorian era”.

This particular example is modelled in bright 18ct yellow gold with raised lettering for the Mizpah.

With full UK hallmarks for assay in Birmingham and date letter for 1885.
Slightly graduating in from front to back, in curved and comfortable style this little sentimental ring is a pleasure to wear.
