This charming Victorian tassel fob is a delightful piece of history you can wear every day. Crafted in lush 15 carat bi-colour gold, it features ten foxtail chain tassels that sway beautifully with movement. Each tassel finishes with its original tiny elongated gold ball ends..

Please note, boxes and chains are for display only unless otherwise stated.

The ornate cap is beautifully detailed with raised yellow gold floral motifs against a contrasting rose gold background, accented with tiny red paste stones (resembling delicate rubies) that catch the light with subtle sparkle.

A good-sized oval bale (likely a later 9ct rose gold addition) sits neatly at the top, giving it an impressive drop of 3.5cm from the top of the bale — the perfect length to wear as a pendant.

This elegant wee fob would look stunning added to any of your favourite antique chains, instantly creating a unique, personal necklace with plenty of vintage character and gentle movement.

Whether you’re building a collection of Victorian jewellery or simply love wearing a touch of history, this piece brings timeless charm and a lovely feminine touch.
A beautiful antique treasure ready to become part of your story!

Condition

Very very good condition.  All tassels present and all tiny ball ends also present.  One tassel foxtail has a slight ‘curve’, this is likely been caused from decades of laying up against another piece of jewellery, no damage or breakage seen under loupe, mentioning for accuracy only.  Top oval bale possibly a later addition, it is sealed and is in 9ct gold. No other issues to note
