Antique Georgian 15ct Rose And Yellow Gold Amethyst Brooch Circa 1830
This wonderful little piece dates to the early 19th century circa 1830 and is crafted from two tone 15ct gold, with yellow gold accents to the Acanthus leaves and buds.
A central foil backed Amethyst is set in a saw-tooth cut down setting to a further surround of six smaller faceted Amethysts also in saw-tooth foiled settings.
To the verso is the original C clasp and pin keeping this one secure once worn.

CONDITION
Very good Georgian condition. Please note central amethyst does have a sliver chip to top, and one other small amethyst has a small chip also. Other amethysts are in very good condition. Gold is lovely, pin and C clasp original and no repairs.
