A superb Australian antique 9ct rose gold bangle by renowned early Australian jewellery firm - Willis and Sons - circa 1910, and hallmarked crisply as such.
Designed in the ever popular ‘Bamboo’ style featuring alternating plain and stunningly textured ‘Bamboo’ panels for the full circumference.
A wide example at almost 1.0cm at the widest points, and a particularly heavy 29.3 grams in weight.
A stunning rose gold hue that only antique gold possesses, this beauty makes quite a statement when worn and is in almost pristine condition for its approximately 110 years of age, one of the finest we’ve had the pleasure of offering.
Highly sought after and for good reason these superb antique ‘bamboo’ bangles were all the rage over 100 years ago and are just as popular today as in times gone by.
