A superb piece manufactured by the iconic and well known early Australia jewellery firm of Willis and Sons and hallmarked beautifully as such.
Immaculately crafted from bright and lush 15ct yellow, this piece dates to around the late 19th to early 20th century, and is designed to be worn both as a pendant and a brooch if desired with an articulated Pearl set bale which can be hidden when required.
Sent throughout with natural half seed Pearls all of which are original with no re-setting or replacements.
Celestial in style these popular designs were adored by the Victorians following the appearance of Halleys comet and were commissioned in abundance along with crescent moons and the like.
