Antique Victorian Gold Cased Propelling Pencil Circa 1890-1900
A charming late Victorian gold cased/lined chatelaine propelling pencil in decorative design and measuring at extension 5.7cm and, retracted, 4.2cm.
The body of the pencil is engraved with a fine scrolling pattern and the head of the pencil displays lovely engraving with a foil backed paste gem to resample a Citrine.
This one does not have lead at present, these fine leads can be obtained.
The sliding mechanism works fluidly.
