Unusual and presenting rarely to the market this Art Deco era necklace carries a poignant and personal history, but is wearable, strikingly unusual and so very substantially crafted and turns heads and starts conversations when ever it is worn.

Crafted from Sterling silver throughout and weighing a very impressive 62 grams, with each and every ‘panel’ hallmarked with UK hallmarks for manufacture in Birmingham, makers marks for two early silversmiths - A.S & Co. (no information available) and J.M for Jospeh Moore, Birmingham, and each panel bears the date letter stamp relevant to the year/date displayed on the front.

These beautifully made date/year Sterling silver panels represent a year serving the Saint John Ambulance Association, England, and this particular example features the years 1928 through to 1941.

A poignant piece, which sadly we will never know the dedicated server, however this piece could make a wonderful addition to any current, or past, serving member of such an important and worldwide organisation.
