Fabulous Art Nouveau 15ct Yellow Gold Enamel Watch/Fob Albertina Circa 1900-1910

A wonderful piece of antique Art Nouveau jewellery, this 15ct yellow gold half Albertina enamelled watch fob is pristine in condition, beautifully crafted, and highly sought after given this examples scarcity.
Typical of the Art Nouveau era which focused on nature, asymmetrical curvaceous lines and floral ornamentation, this superb piece feature a fabulous enamelled Orb/Sphere featuring a large Daisy to both sides, with white, blue and yellow enamelling, all to a textured gold background, which is in excellent condition.
Suspending this wonderful Orb is an equally stunning chain with five round sections each with a further Daisy to both sided.. this time the Daisy features a background of pink enamel work, a white enamel daisy bordered in gold, and a tiny yellow enamel centre.
The enamelling throughout is superb… no losses or damage, a remarkable feat given the age of this extraordinary piece.
A strong and solid 15ct gold dog-clip allows this versatile piece to accommodate a chain, or attachment to a further dog-clip or bolt ring, making this piece highly versatile (see styling options in our photos).
A piece presenting rarely to the market, a must for the Art Nouveau collector.
