Vintage Retro 18ct Yellow Gold And Diamond ‘Bow Tie’ Ring Circa 1945-1955
Substantially crafted, weighing 8.5 grams, this gorgeous ring has been designed with attention and skill to sit perfectly on, and between the adjoining fingers, is relatively low rise, and.. will sit well with other flat or D profile rings if desired.
Set with a total of 23 diamonds, the central principal diamond is a round brilliant cut weighing approximately 0.14ct set in an individual square setting. To either side are a series of round single cut diamonds, bead claw set, in half round raised settings. In ‘V’ shaped setting are a total to either side of the central motif of a further sixteen single cuts diamonds.
Flat straight upswept shoulders lead to a substantial flat shank keeping this beauty smooth, sleek and comfortable on the finger.

Very good to excellent vintage condition. All diamonds original, well set, bright white and lively. Substantial manufacture, hefty and no thinning to shank. Minor marks to gold only. No chips to diamonds, bead claws original and in very very good condition, diamonds secure in their settings. A beautiful stand alone ring.
