Antique Victorian 9ct Rose Gold Carved Whitby Jet Pendeloque Earrings Circa 1880’s
A stunning pair of antique pendeloque drop Victorian Whitby Jet earrings dating to the late Victorian era circa 1880-90.
Designed with (possibly later) 9ct gold shepherd hooks for pierced ears to the top cd caps also in 9ct gold and stamped as such in the ye olde manner.
Stunningly carved, finely detailed throughout, and terminating with a very beautiful rose-bud shape to the bottom.
Measuring a wonderful face framing drop from the ear of 5.5cm, these dramatic and eye catching earrings swish and sway with every movement.
In very fine condition, these earrings make quite the statement when worn.

Excellent antique condition. No chips or cracks. Caps are sturdy, stamped 9ct, no issues. Shepherd hooks are lovely, possibly a slightly later addition, from strong and with no issues. A lovely pair of antique earrings.
