The finest piece of Jadeite we’ve has the pleasure of offering, this exquisite brooch needs to be seen to be truly appreciated, our photos do this beauty no justice!
Dating to the Art Deco era this fine example is entirely crafted from Platinum, and set with a beautifully carved piece of Type A Fei Cui (Jadeite Jade) in the form of an exotic tapered leaf.
Adorning the Jadeite leaf are a total of twenty-two (22) bright white and beautiful diamonds - seven round brilliant cuts, and fifteen small rose-cut diamonds, all set in Platinum with bead claws.
A beautifully handcrafted piece of jewellery, heavy in manufacture weighting a pleasing 11 grams, and an eye catching length of a full 6cm.
The pin and C clasp to the rear are also in Platinum, a strong and noble metal known for its longevity and strength.. this entire brooch has been crafted in excellence and made to last a lifetime or three!
Type A (Natural FEI CUI)
Refers to Natural Fei Cui which has not been subjected to any form of chemical treatment.
Note: To polish Natural Fei Cui with colourless wax, which does not cause any damage to the crystalline structure of the Fei Cui, shall not be classified as a chemical treatment.
