Dating to around the early 1940’s this sweet slim 18ct yellow gold patterned ring was manufactured by one of Australia's leading jewellery manufacturers ‘Rodd’.

George Rodd established his workshop in 1919 and began making trophies and medallions soon expanding into cutlery and jewellery.
By the 1930's Rodd was the leading manufacturer of jewellery in Australia. He used the trade name Apex until the firm became a limited company in 1948 when the name changed to Rodd.
This piece would date to the 1940’s.

Slim and petite with a delicate intermittent pattern for its entire circumference, these sweet vintage Australian bands lend themselves to being the perfect staking bands!  Sturdy and very solid for its dainty size these very collectible bands by “Apex’ and a collectors dream.
