DESCRIPTION (Please scroll to the bottom to view video)

Dating to around the early 1930’s this sweet 18ct white gold patterned ring was manufactured by one of Australian leading jewellery manufacturers - ‘Rodd’.

Crafted in 18ct white gold and designed as a wedding style band with delicate engraving to faceted style segments for the circumference of the ring.

Solidly made and a petite size at J 1/2 for those of you with enviable slender fingers, this little piece of Australiana could make a wonderful stacking band or perhaps an alternative wedding ring?

George Rodd established his workshop in 1919 and began making trophies and medallions soon expanding into cutlery and jewellery.

By the 1930's Rodd was the leading manufacturer of jewellery in Australia. He used the trade name Apex until the firm became a limited company in 1948 when the name changed to Rodd.
