Well .. when you want to make a statement this is the ring for you!
Frankly we don’t know where to start describing this impressive ring, but we will begin with the Opal.
Measuring a large freeform oval of 2.76cm x 1.07 x 4.32 and from Coober Pedy this solid white Opal has what is described as ‘Pinfire’ play of colour.
Exhibiting a myriad of colours - reds, pinks, greens, yellows and blues all against a solid background base of a blue/grey.
Set securely with six claws to a ‘scrolling ribbon’ frame which is set with two little round brilliant cut diamonds measuring approx 2mm each, which just add a lovely little white sparkle which just sets off the Opal perfectly.
Dating to the 1960-70’s, this beauty is mesmerising as most good Opals are and the finger spread this one has is breathtaking!
Be the envy of all your friends and this hand made ring is one of a kind.
*** Opals are notoriously hard to photograph and video.. the ‘Pinfire’ play of colours in this Opal are much more vivid and bright than our photos can show.
