Beautifully modelled double horse and rider brooch by artist and sculptor Harriet Glen.
With ‘H G’ for Harriet and fully hallmarked for assay in London and stamped with date letter for 1984.
Constructed from 9ct bright yellow gold and fashioned as two galloping horses in full fight, jockeys poised, manes and tails flying.
Secure roller clasp for added security, and gold pin is also 9ct gold and hallmarked as such.
Heavy at 11.4 grams and sizeable at 5cm long this striking brooch is a must for any Equestrienne.
An added bonus perhaps is that when not being worn as a brooch the brooch will stand upright as a mini sculpture…. Pop this one in your curio cabinet ?
