Vintage 18ct Yellow Gold Sapphire And Diamond Cluster Ring - London 1976
An unusual take on the traditional ‘Daisy’ cluster this sweet and very pretty ring was manufactured in London in 1976 and hallmarked clearly as such.
Crafted from 18ct yellow and white gold and styled as an oval three dimensional ‘Daisy’ cluster.
Centred with a small oval faceted blue Sapphire, six claw set, surround by six heart shaped motifs in 18ct yellow gold and each bead set with a single cut diamond, to a further scalloped surround in 18ct white gold completing the floral design.
A simple low rise carved out gallery and upswept shoulders flow to a solid half round shank.
The combination of the yellow and white gold, bright white diamonds and dark blue Sapphire work together beautifully to create this very pretty and wearable ring.

Very very good vintage condition. Minor softening to Sapphire facets seen under loupe magnification, eye clean. Claws to Sapphire and bead claws to diamonds in very good condition. No thinning to shank, hallmarks very crisp and clear.
