Victorian 15ct Yellow Gold ‘May’ Seed Pearl Brooch/Pin

Exquisite little brooch dating to the latter decade of the Victorian era circa 1890.
Crafted from bright 15ct yellow gold and set with twenty nine tiny natural seed Pearls in the popular then (and now) name ‘May’.

Such a charming and sweet piece which could make a beautiful heirloom piece for a baby named May perhaps?
