Superb Victorian 9ct Rose Gold Triple Strand Albertina Bracelet With T-bar And Tassel Circa 1890
One of the finest antique Victorian Albertinas we have had the pleasure to procure!
Crafted from 9ct rose gold but with that subtle hint of yellow particularly to the deeply engraved sliders and ornate work on the tassel.
This beauty is designed with a triple strand of top twist chains which thread through the two stunning large sliders (1.4cm x 1.0cm each), and to one end an impressive Tassel which has five drops, a combination of foxtail chain and snake chain!
Also to this end is a T-bar and dog clip, and to the the other a large sealed round link to which the dog clip fastens.
A tiny cartouche applied to the triple strand is stamped with ‘9c’, the T-bar and dog clip also and there are illegible makers marks to the T-bar.
A divine piece to say the least, heavy at 20 grams, beautifully manufactured during the Victorian era, and ready and waiting to be worn and seen again.

CONDITION
Very good to excellent condition. Dog clips works perfectly. Sliders are lovely and slide freely. Rope twist chains show no thinning or repairs. Tassel is lovely however one is missing, this does not detract from this bracelets beauty. No other issues to note, gorgeous piece.
