Superb Antique Art Deco Sterling Silver Rock Crystal Pendant Circa 1920’s
A wonderful piece of Art Deco whimsy that has survived in incredible condition, we are pleased to offer this large and quite spectacular piece.
Beautifully faceted, the rock crystal radiates in the natural light, set in a strong, sterling silver frame, milgrain edge detailing set to the front of the piece. Set to the outside perimeter are 13 equally spaced, bezel set tiny round paste stones, closed back, which further extend to the bale.
Another gorgeous feature of this piece is the paste stone Daisy setting which is set beneath the bale connected by a sturdy silver loop. Suspended below this Daisy is a paste stone configuration, also millgrain edged which connects the large rock crystal pendant by a strong loop.
Large, bold and striking, this unique piece captures the essence of Art Deco design, as wearable today as it was 100 years ago, this piece would look spectacular suspended from a book chain or a piece of velvet ribbon. Presenting in excellent antique condition, this rare to find, expertly crafted pendant would be an asset to any jewellery connoisseur.

Very good to excellent antique condition. No chips, abrasions or damage to crystal, facets are crisp and perfectly defined. Paste/glass stones are all original, no re-glues, no chips and are all secure in settings. No repairs. Silver has patina, we have not polished this piece! No issues to note.
