Stunning Vintage 9ct Rose Gold Synthetic Colour Change Sapphire Trilogy Ring

A captivating piece of vintage glamour, this 9ct rose gold trilogy ring showcases three scintillating ‘synthetic colour-change Sapphires’ sometimes referred to as synthetic Alexandrite. Dating to aorund the 1940s–50s, it is beautifully crafted and remains in very fine condition.
The trio of round brilliant-cut stones - the centre weighing approx 1.50ct and the flanking stones 1.30ct - display a mesmerising play of colour — shifting from a soft amethyst purple in gentle light to a vivid, almost electric purple with flashes of pink-red under brighter conditions. This dynamic sparkle makes the ring endlessly engaging and full of character!
The setting is enhanced by a particularly pretty carved under-gallery, and with its straight profile, the ring pairs seamlessly with other bands, such as a wedding or perhaps a diamond eternity ring.

Very good to excellent vintage condition. All the colour change Sapphires are in very good condition, no chips, minuscule marks to some facets seen ONLY under x 10 loupe, mentioning for accuracy only, eye clean and lovely. All claws are original and holding gems very securely. Shank is slim by design, no thinning. No repairs or damages. A lovely ring!
