These are a truly standout pair of modern diamond earrings that combine exceptional craftsmanship with such a bold presence!
Each earring features a beautifully proportioned double teardrop design, entirely hand-set with 77 small rose-cut diamonds to each across the body, plus one additional rose-cut diamond positioned right at the base shepherd hook. The result is a shimmering effect that catches the light from every angle with a wonderful old-world intensity.
Measuring 2.7 cm x 2.2 cm for the body and dropping a face framing generous 5.2 cm from the ear, these earrings make an incredible statement, almost Oscar party worthy!
The darkened silver-nickel alloy gives them a sophisticated, almost blackened-silver look that feels very on-trend right now — similar to the popular blackened silver and oxidised gold styles you see in high-end collections, they have that rare combination of vintage-inspired romance and contemporary boldness.
XRF tested results show the bodies are approximately 65% silver with nickel and copper for added strength and a bright, durable finish, while the shepherd hooks are a sturdy high-nickel alloy (approx. 80% nickel, 19% This construction makes them strong and long-wearing while showcasing the diamonds beautifully.
These are clearly the work of a skilled maker who paid great attention to detail - the design is quite unusual and far more intricate than most modern pieces you'll come across.
