Modern Reproduction 9ct Rose Gold ‘Advance Australia’ Coat Of Arms Pendant
This is essentially a ‘copy’ of an original Advance Australia Coat of Arms emblem which were originally crafted one King Edward VIII authorised the coat of arms on the 7th May 1908 and King George V updated the version on the 19th September 1912.
What is occurring is that jewellers are using the original antique piece (in this case) and casting a replica
.
However this is a nice reproduction, 9ct gold, and given it is not an antique will be priced more reasonably.
Measuring a lovely 2.5cm in diameter, not including the bale, this charming pendant is still a lovely piece of Australiana.
