A lovely strand of non-graduated Lapis Lazuli beads, 53 in total, each bead measuring approximately 1.0cm round (or slightly higher). Individually knotted between each bead on multi strand black silk.
Best of all this strand measures 63cm in length which means she (should) slip right over the head without opening the clasp!
However she does have a clasp if you wish to use, and it is a large lobster clasp, crafted from 9ct yellow gold and is substantial and strong enough to secure this heavy 89 grams necklace securely.
The beads vary in colour and show natural pyrite speckles and pale strokes here and there of calcite, which against the deep Lapis blue is quite striking!
