Crafted from 18ct yellow gold and Palladium, such a sign of quality, this impressive ‘dress’ or ‘cocktail’ ring if you prefer is simply stunning on the finger.

Set with a large oval brilliant cut amethyst measuring 18.3 x 13 x 8.2m or approximately 12cts in a Palladium 12 claw setting.  Surrounded by 20 round brilliant cut diamonds with a TDW of 0.20ct also in Palladium to a raised ornate pierced gallery.

Square shoulders flow to a wide flat and solid shank.

Deep in hue with flashes of lighter purple this amethyst is stunning, large and of what we call a Royal purple!

Substantial in size and weight this beauty weight an equally impressive 9.0 grams.

CONDITION
Very very good pre-owned condition. Strong and substantially made ring.  All claws secure.  Amethyst is lovely, no abrasions, one tiny miniscule nick to girdle seen under loupe magnification.  Diamonds are bright, white and sparkly.  No thinning to shank, stamps very crisp and clear.  Gorgeous ring.
