Strikingly pretty and fine quality 18ct white gold open Heart shaped pendant set with eighteen beautiful G-H colour round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing approximately 0.72ct, claw set, and suspended by a good sized ovoid bale which will accommodate a large gauge chain is so desired.
We have teamed this lovely diamond pendant with a 9ct white gold chain which is an ornate twist style and has the added bonus of being extendable.
These chains are just wonderful. This one can extend to a full 50cm in length, or just slide the ingenious sliding ball with attached lobster clasp to shorten this one to any length you desire.
