A wonderfully colourful and beautifully crafted contemporary necklace, this superb 18ct yellow gold multi-Tourmaline necklace is set with an impressive collection of 32 natural multi-coloured tourmalines in an array of individual shapes and vibrant hues.
Each tourmaline is elegantly rub-set in yellow gold, allowing the gemstones to remain the true focus of the design. Displaying a beautiful spectrum of pinks, greens, golden yellows and deeper berry tones, the tourmalines are estimated to average approximately 2.00 cts each, creating a necklace of exceptional presence and colour.
At the centre sits a larger feature tourmaline weighing approximately 3.50 carats, from which is suspended an additional green tourmaline of approximately 2 cts, forming an elegant drop and beautifully completing the graduated design.
Measuring an impressive 60cm, this beauty will slip over the head and also includes a graduated series of interconnecting round gold jump-ring links, allowing you to adjust it up to 62 cm for the perfect fit! To the centre is an elegant articulated drop measuring 4cm in length, set with a larger peach-toned tourmaline and terminating in a contrasting oval green tourmaline, creating a beautifully balanced and eye-catching finish.
The necklace is finished with a secure parrot clasp and carries a substantial total weight of approximately 25.3 grams. The piece is stamped 750 to the clasp for 18ct.
