Gorgeous Contemporary 9 Carat Yellow Gold Peridot, Pink Sapphire & Diamond Ring - Birmingham 2004

At the heart of the design, five oval-cut natural peridots graduate gently in size; the central Peridot measures 5.6mm x 4.3mm or 0.42ct estimated in setting (the total carat weight is 1.26ct in settings), creating a beautifully balanced arrangement of soft olive-green hues.
Encircling the Peridots are a total of twenty round brilliant-cut pink sapphires ( x10 totalling 0.38ct, measured in settings, x10 tiny sapphires) thoughtfully arranged in a harmonious alternating pattern of larger and smaller stones that graduate uniformly across the design, enhancing the ring’s graceful symmetry and floral-inspired aesthetic.
Completing the composition are four round brilliant-cut diamonds, with two delicately set to each shoulder in a north and south orientation, adding refined flashes of brilliance and providing the perfect finishing touch to this beautifully considered design
The gemstones are secured in claw settings, creating a lace-like border that beautifully accentuates each stone while allowing plenty of light to enter the Peridots, maximising their natural sparkle. The broad, multi-stone arrangement gives the ring impressive finger coverage, measuring 1.8cm east to west, and 1.1cm north to south, making it a wonderful statement piece that remains elegant enough for everyday wear.
