Quite an extraordinary English Georgian flat-cut garnet piece dating to around 1800-1830. Featuring eleven luscious garnets all foil backed and closed back settings, and set in, of the era, crimped pie-crust settings.
Made in England and modelled in of course hand crafted 9ct gold, the gold of the rich soft rose only examples of the era have.
There are no chips or abrasions to the stones, which is quite remarkable. This stunning cross spans generations but is so very current and wearable today.
