Contemporary 9ct Yellow Gold Natural Almandine Garnet Seven-Stone Cluster Ring – 6.30ct TW
Please note, boxes are for display only unless otherwise stated.
Arranged in an elegant elongated floral-inspired cluster, the ring features seven oval-shaped, faceted natural Almandine garnets, each individually secured within a classic four-claw setting. The garnets display a beautiful deep, dark reddish hue, creating the wonderfully warm and dramatic appearance so characteristic of fine garnet jewellery.
The garnets measure approximately 7.01–7.16mm in length and 4.99–5.02mm in width, giving the ring excellent presence across the finger whilst retaining a very wearable and graceful profile.
The cluster is beautifully complemented by attractive delicate triple split shoulders, which sweep upwards on either side towards the setting. This open design lends the ring a lovely sense of lightness and elegance, whilst allowing the substantial garnet cluster to remain very much the focal point.
Hand-finished and cast-raised in 9ct yellow gold, the ring features open-backed settings beneath the gemstones, allowing light to enter from behind, together with a polished, narrow low half-round band which gently tapers towards the reverse. The ring is stamped ‘9K’.
Weighing approximately 4.66 grams overall, this is a beautifully proportioned vintage garnet ring, offering an impressive 6.30ct estimated total gemstone weight together with a wonderfully rich and distinctive appearance.

Condition
This gorgeous ring presents in excellent pre-owned condition. There are no chips to the garnets, some very very minor softening to the three center garnets; the claws are all very strong and solid. Noting for accuracy, one of the garnets within the two-row setting sits ever so slightly higher and at a subtly more upright angle than the surrounding stones. The claws remain secure, and the garnet is firmly held within its setting, with no movement noted. There is no thinning not the shank. A gorgeous, showy ring!
