Charming 9ct Rose Gold Signet Ring Australian ‘Elite’ circa 1950

Large and hefty mid century Australian signet ring modelled from. 9ct rose gold and set with a little faceted gem that tests as a Ruby, probably synthetic.

Low profile with the face measuring 1.3cm to wide flat engraved shoulders measuring 1.2cm tapping to a solid wide shank at 4mm.

Subtle and soft rose gold in hue with original but faint initials to to shield face, these could probably be buffed out to a degree by a jeweller allowing you to add you own.
Produced by Australian firm ‘Elite’ around the 1940-50’s these handsome low profile rings are perfect for every day wear.

CONDITION
Very good vintage condition.  Some surface very superficial marks to gold, insignificant.  Solidly made ring, hefty with no thinning.  Hallmarks very crisp and clear.  Tiny abrasion to Ruby seen under x10 magnification only.  Slight evidence of previous re-sizing only seen to inside of shank.
