Superb Art Deco era ‘Giardinietti’ ring featuring what we believe (hope) paste stones and wonderfully sparkly Marcasite that actually do sparkle like diamonds under canldle-light!
Set to the centre with a lovely shield shaped green paste (? not tested…) and the ‘crowned heart or shield’ shape atop is adorned with further marcasite and and dark pink stone / paste in a flower motif just to add to be beauty of this glorious ring.
In superb condition for its age this ring was meticulously hand constructed from sterling silver and its quite the statement piece. Rare to find these deco pieces styled as rings, more commonly seen as brooches!
